• Attempting to reverse engineer, hack, or exploit the App
• Violating any applicable laws or regulations
• Redistributing recipes for commercial gain without proper attribution
• Creating multiple accounts to circumvent usage limitations
• Uploading images that violate others’ privacy or intellectual property rights

7. Recipe and Content Accuracy

7.1 Recipe Disclaimer

Recipe Scanner provides recipe suggestions based on visual analysis. Users are responsible for:

• Verifying recipe accuracy and safety before cooking
• Checking for food allergies and dietary restrictions
• Following proper food safety and cooking procedures
• Understanding that AI identification may not always be 100% accurate

7.2 Nutritional Information

• Nutritional data is provided for informational purposes only
• Consult healthcare professionals for specific dietary advice
• We are not liable for health consequences related to recipe usage
• Nutritional calculations are estimates and may vary

7.3 Food Safety

Users must:

• We may use anonymized, aggregated data for service improvement

9.3 Recipe Attribution

• We respect the intellectual property rights of recipe creators
• Recipes are sourced from public databases, user submissions, and licensed content

10. App Store Compliance

10.1 Apple App Store

• These Terms supplement Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SaasFactory LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Health issues or food safety problems related to recipes
• Your sharing or distribution of copyrighted recipe content

14. Termination

14.1 Termination by User

• You may stop using the App at any time
• You may delete your account through the App settings
• Paid subscriptions continue until the end of the billing period

14.2 Termination by Company

We may terminate or suspend your access for:

• Violation of these Terms
• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• Extended periods of inactivity
• Technical or security reasons

14.3 Effect of Termination
